    They were pretty quick last year. Was 2 weeks to the day that we got the online tests! Must have loads to go through this time!

    They are sifting tests. Situational judgement tests. Nothing to do with any psychometric passes. And no they don’t go against any previous passes or take up one strike. 1614716787 You need to pass both online tests and the DMI before they ask the OPC about psychometric results.

    At interview last year he told me that they’d had 998 applicants just for Manchester and they interviewed 6!!

    Possibly. I know they’ve gone from standard pass to enhanced pass. Maybe they’ve changed the length too!

    Your results last for 5 years with the opc. All TOC’s have different timescales for how long they last for them. If that makes sense. Xc is 5 years. Northern is 3 I believe!!

    RAAT was one. Don’t remember the name of the other. Followed by DMI interview. Followed by OPC assessment day and MMI.

    They advertised last year at this time. My interview was 13/3/20. Tests were booked for the following week but then lockdown happened. It’s doable in the time frame.
