The Forest is steeper, High School is nearly on the top of the hill so isn't as bad throughout the platforms. One of the good things about that stop though is that unlike The Forest, traffic passing through helps to keep the rails clean so it's rare that you'll slide significantly.
Someone else mentioned tramways so I'll add a couple there, Netherthorpe Road (Sheffield Supertram) and The Forest (Nottingham NET) the latter being one I have considerable experience dealing with! :lol:

Apologies for the off topic response, but this is absolutely not true. There are plenty of charging points in the Highlands, rapid chargers are all over. See PlugShare.com and you can see them all. I own a Leaf and can charge to 80% in less than 30 minutes at one of these, and do over 120 miles...

It could quite possibly be that it is an offline TVM. It certainly hasn't worked on a good 4 or 5 separate times I've tried it since it was installed a while ago.
I have a contactless MasterCard Debit issued by Yorkshire Bank an it does not work offline when trying to purchase tickets on train. (Rather interestingly it is also rejected by the Northern TVM at Worksop yet works perfectly every where else - work that one out!)
