I can confirm that the EMR Guard on the train will be able to sell the rover for you. If you speak to them before you get on, they’ll know to come and sort it for you, and if they can come straight to you it gives plenty of time to find the correct thing and sell it.

I can sell All Line Rover tickets on paper roll, so yes. As for the barcode, I assume it would work gatelines, but I’ve never tried it myself so couldn’t say for sure. My experience with rovers on CCST at gatelines has been patchy at best.
