Something that’s rather sad to see this morning, is the passing of Paddy Murphy. A name known to many as the godfather of Irish Railway Modelling, he certainly created a lasting legacy and bought us some wonderful models over the years.

Hopefully, and just a thought, the building of the embankments may be a benefit of the HS2 works? After all, a lot of earth will need to be shifted and deposited somewhere across the country.
