Why not have Airport to QE Hospital then tunnel to partick for interchange and then to Glasgow central low level .with a link after argyle st towards high st and towards other destinations

I will be travelling from an overnight stop in Varenna to Malpensa Airport on 22nd June.
The query I have relates to the cost and reliability of the journey
Varenna 8:36 Milan Central 9:40
Milan central 9:55 Malpensa 10:46
This gets me to the Airport 2:15 hours before the flight which...
I must confess I am looking forward to the 314s going. When Paisley Canal line was electrified they promised better trains (380) however majority are 314. Compared to 156 they have no toilet and are colder due to 1/3,2/3 doors which are left open at terminal stations
I have been on this and it never stopped at all. Slowed down as speed limit is 20
It has stopped many times due to people accidentally getting on the train. If you end up at Glasgow you will have missed the last train back
I personally very rarely sit in allocated seat and will always look for table, power, window.
I would just use this a way if skipping the queue if I knew earlier than the rest
I am looking for help to confirm I have understood the pricing of tickets

Thanks for the supermarket details. I've already looked at the boat trips with the train for the opposite direction. Good idea.
Only 4 months to go ??????

On these 3 longer journeys we will have luggage so trying to reduce the pain of changing but also keeping an eye on the cost.
I had spotted on some photos that several panoramic trains had local trains attached however I now realise that is only for part of the route.
Yet more questions so thanks in advance :-)
Flights booked and working through Hotels
On the main scenic routes

Glacier Express
Bernina Express
Which of the actual scenic trains have normal carriages attached that don't need a reservation. I think the Bernina is OK but...
