I am in Oban this week and ember seems to be well liked and lots of chat about the Edinburgh service. They also seem to have come in at a time when there a lot of discontent with West coast motors.

Tbf my bus was spotless throughout and the toilet was cleaner than any citylink , Megabus or ScotRail toilet I have ever used

Just done the Glasgow oban and ember could be on to a winner there offering is more comfortable than city link and the train and a lot faster my only grumble is the toilet is tiny

Could they look at more tourist routes such as going against West coast motors such as on mull , or other islands with a rail and sail ticket.

The stretch of road from tollcross to gallowgate is mega busy and does have lots of buses but the buses tend to run together meaning you often have a 2 , 61 , 240/255 all with in a minute or 2 then 10 to 15 min wait

End of the day any bus is better than nae bus and the open toppers have a modicum of sense in that area where they’re the only operator and there's tourists.

TBF with western ferries running is the cal mac service needed , would the boats be better deployed elsewhere

Touch sensitive are a whole different issue as they don't work with most prosthetic's
