That information is not published (!) but previous schedules would indicate a round trip takes anything from 45 minutes to an hour and a quarter.

Bedford to/from the north(east) is pretty awful really, we tend to go either lift, cab or bus to Milton Keynes and change once at Tamworth or go to St Pancras over the road to Kings Cross and straight from there.

Question about Ebbsfleet International - Eurostar and Southeastern services

A rogue 395 driver enticing folk into the cab for a ride and ... dealing.... with the remains at a dark depot at end of shift? Faulty platform end CCTV not linked to disappearances?

Delayed by one TOC, rights on Advance with another TOC

Sorry @yorkie but I was under the impression that the forum's site would offer tickets A to U1 and Terminals to B in such a circumstance and that this would form a clearly continuous itinerary, where am I going wrong?

    CCTV on trains

I smile at the camera and watch myself on the screen in K on Avanti. Always wondered if they're counting the scotch miniatures on the table.....

I quite understand and will, if funds permit, always make a donation on the relevant screen when purchasing lower value tickets with no split saving.

I was just wondering if it may be possible for a user to specify ticketing preferences at an individual account level such that it isn't necessary to select 'other options' to get to ticket on departure. It's a very minor thing but it would make my over complicated life just a tad simpler.

    Non-Urgent TOPS Requests

Well, anyone on board will be a senior member of the Royal family so is a top assassination target. The overnight stop is easily the most vulnerable part of the journey. There is a reason the train's movements are suppressed and notices are, or should be, distributed on a 'need to know basis'.

    Non-Urgent TOPS Requests

For future reference it is unwise to publicise the overnight stabling location of this train for fairly obvious reasons.

    Part Refund following Disruption

Forgive me if I'm mistaken but doesn't this count as an abandoned journey due to disruption and, therefore, the cost of all tickets should be refunded?

Over 7500 miles and £2300, no wonder I'm tired and poor. My claim to fame is that I'm the only one to have done Lidlington to Stewartby, well chuffed!

    Delay repay to station groups

Within the last two years I walked from Anniesland to Hillfoot due to a complete power failure, screenshotted maps as I passed Hillfoot and ScotRail accepted that (after a lengthy to and fro about split ticketing), after all, it was my destination and I got there, no different from arriving in a...

It does if they get straight off the train and down to the boat and show orange ccsts without exception.

Maybe so, but every time we travelled there were not inconsiderable numbers of foot passengers transferring to the boat, anywhere between 20 and 50 was typical, not exceptional.

Well I'm not that untypical and I must have purchased getting on for a hundred ScotRail/ CalMac tickets over the past 3 years, last time we went the only through tickets available seemed to be for Brodick, fortunately that's where we wanted to go.
