Those tunnels have a pipe in which flooded them a few weeks (months?) ago and closed HS1. I wonder if this did some damage to the trackwork or underlying formation?
They did do that, but since you need space for both the e-gates and the booths, you might as well just have more booths, which passengers prefer and is probably quicker with the current arrangements.
I've had issues with the e-gates breaking before as well, and they have to reboot all of the...
Thanks. I don't normally bother logging in to my OEBB account so don't get the mobile ticket option (or can't remember seeing it anyway). For PDFs it definitely has to be printed as I've been told off for trying to show the PDF on my phone

You could also do a dummy booking and see where the Premier section is. It's in the ends on a new Eurostar and the middle on an older one.
You might be able to show the full mobile ticket if logged in, but if you choose the PDF option, and the journey is outside Austria, you MUST print it off (it says this on the PDF).
At the terminal platforms in Brussels, there are gates to walk through to exit, that I assume would count people out. Nothing at the other exits though, or at GdN
Simon Calder in the independent has written a story about this, and gives a more reasonable comparison than the RDG:

Agreed on all this, but just to add that they seem to have included a ridiculous amount of money for airport transfers (to/from city centre). £191 in transfers from London to Glasgow?!!! Even in taxis I'm not sure how they've come to such a high amount.
AFAIK you should be able to use it everywhere on Avanti. For Eurostar you can use it in Standard Premier for 35 euros, but not in Business Premier (which is the same, but with fast track security, a lounge and a bigger meal)
About 3 weeks ago I went on a journey from Southampton to Lisbon & Porto by train. This was my first time abroad on individual tickets (rather than an Interrail)
I set off at 13:00 on 20th March on an advance ticket from Southampton to Waterloo (£6.05). The platform seemed very busy but I got...

I got an answer back from PKP IC, who said:
I'll check again in a few weeks to see if it appears on their journey planner. I've booked a bus just in case.
I am planning on travelling on this daily train from Mockava to Warsaw on 28th May, but it's not appearing in journey planners at all that week (it is for the week before or week after).
Does anyone have any further information about if (and why) it is or isn't running? I can't find anything...
Yes, it looks like it's just about tickets going on sale. This is a new low even for that type of news website. Rail Advent says:

Most, if not all, trains from Hamburg in the Lübeck direction (inc. Ahrensburg, Bartgeheide) are loco hauled, likewise all Metronom trains from Hamburg Hbf. There's one Metronom train every hour which is diesel hauled, from Hamburg-Harburg (or Hbf, can't remember) to Cuxhaven.
A few locos are...
