    There's no harm in leaving a company once you have gained experience (5 years or so) I never stated that I would jump ship after training but I wouldn't like the idea of only having to stick with freight.

    Surely the TOC has invested money into getting candidates into they talent pool, surely it wouldn't make sense to start the recruitment process again?

    I was told in my DMI that the shifts were 7 on and 7 off. I've also seen new drivers have to work 12 Sunday's a year too.
