Do DB cargo ever have internal trainee driver roles? I have recently applied for a mobile operative position and was wondering if it was a route to become a driver?

That sounds unfair I think it's because so many people apply they just cherry pick and be very picky at the end of it. who else did you pass the other dmis with?
Does the next claim on the aslef website mean they will negotiate a pay rise? How long does this usually take and what is the expected increase? It says April 2020 for chiltern any ideas of the expected increase?
