Wouldn't surprise me if the coupling on the train is damaged as well. Maybe that's is why the lights went out when the incident happened

When the bus depot where the problems are at the moment closed, plans were in place to make it a private/public car park but was withdraw to to issues found. So these issues have been known for a long time. Issues that they have chosen to ignore time and time again until it bit them on the arse.
