Has the Burger King at York shut?

The one at Piccadilly definitely leaves a lot to be desired. If it isn't undercooked things are missing. I remember a couple of years ago they hadn't any burgers because "someone had forgot to order them".

    Northern Still Using FAX Machines

See, if faxes had been sent to the Heart of Britain then Nightsleeper wouldn't have happened But in all fairness, why do faxes have to be used? Surely the unions will be speaking to members and other people by email.

    TPE train at Sheffield

I suppose moving it to somewhere where it can be moved by road is out of the question as well? I can't think of anywhere at the moment where this would be possible

Northern Rail Accounts published year to 31 March 2024

I wonder how many people have decided to use those complimentary tickets instead of a payment for delayed trains. I doubt complimentary tickets would even be included in passenger numbers as nothing to scan

Empty Land Beside Sheffield Station - New Bus Station & Footbridge

One possibility (but I highly doubt it) is that the car park and shop (subway has been shut a while) might get pulled down and rebuilt into this alleged building they are meant to be building on the land opposite the train station, with this new purchased land where DFS are as a new car park...

Empty Land Beside Sheffield Station - New Bus Station & Footbridge

So what will happen to the current bridge that was built with public money, hence why barriers can't be put in? I wouldn't believe a word Sheffield Council say about that bit of land. I have lived here for just short of 20 years and that bit of land was meant to be all sorts of things. First...

    West Yorkshire To Glasgow

I don't mind that journey either, problem is when I was using TPE they would drop the service at little notice. At one point I used to get the 1610 (or was it 1710) from Doncaster on a Friday, and was able to get some very cheap tickets, even for first class. The bonus with traveling with...
