    Being in a talent pool is not a guaranteed job and people will be picked out subject to when vacancies come up and also based on scores in the interview. If you get a job on the platform you will still be in the talent pool for the same amount of time.

    I had my assessment over 2 days , 1st day was paper tests and a trip to Doncaster for the rest. This was at the beginning of the year for a trainee drivers position but was put on hold, would seem now to be on the rise again for drivers . Good luck

    I expect you would sit the whole assessment if they want you for 9am , there is a premier inn not far from the test center it cost me £45 with evening meal and breakfast Swings and roundabouts as to what you should do .

    I wonder what the pay for this is ? Also no mention of locations , the last email I got from db cargo in respect of drivers positions I applied for was that everything was on hold and they would keep my details on file .
