Commission is 1% for the first £1000 and 5% after that . The commission period is 2 weeks either side of payday
Currently Sundays is paid at time and 1/4 but we have a period where is you work ypur booked Sundays after a set peroid you get an extra 1/2 added to the Sunday working so it ends up...
It would be Monday to Friday and the course is normally based in Swindon but could change ! It's normally office hours but again that can change on what that week will be . You will also spend time shadowing a tm so will work what ever shifts they are doing at the time . Hope this helps
I spent nearly 7 years on the station at newton Abbot and totnes , loved the job and have some cracking memories from those years.. I believe the photos of me are up in the totnes staff wall of fame .... if I could go stay on the same money as I am now then I would be back like a shot.....
Fully depends on the shift pattern. When I was based at newton Abbot I used to get a week of rest days every so many weeks due to longer shifts , I belive the sda role does days and nights as well .
At least your in a pool which is a good thing ! Having passed the train drivers physometric test in feburay for the 5th time I still can't even land in the pool for anybody . Just missed out with db last month and been turned down again for a TOC I'm thinking of giving up now
