Yes you can. There are a huge list of discounts to choose from which will then give you the correct fare, including a reservation if needed. If a pass such as Interrail or FIP is held it will also confirm where no additional payments are needed

What journey are you trying to book if you don't mind me asking? For journeys within Poland, I think PKP IC is the only option, it can be done online and costs 1 zł (about 20p). For others, I use the ÖBB (Austria) app which charges €3 per reservation, though I find it a bit flaky at times when...
