On the contrary, DB (and other operators in Germany) are quite happy scanning the QR code without a quibble (that is assuming that you have added your journeys correctly).
I've lost count of the number of issues such as stamping the wrong bit and arguments about validity in the past with paper...
I always keep an eye on fuel prices and generally start looking around for a good price once the gauge gets down to about half a tank then, when I do get fuel, usually fill the tank right up
It does help that there are four garages within a short walk from the house but I usually manage to get...
I think it's a reserved path for the Belmond Pullman trip to Chatsworth House though a cursory glance at their website indicates that it's not running tomorrow.
It was, and it was wedged....
The HST set terminated at Exeter St Davids with the 150 being shunted to the same platform after the HST had arrived from Paignton.
I would suggest a trip on the Tábor to Bechyně line. It runs from a separate platform outside Tábor station and is often worked by a centre cab class 113 electric loco.

There is also a combined road rail bridge to enjoy on the approach to Bechyně.

Similar tale here; booked passes for two people via Topcashback (Chrome on Windows 10), paid by Visa credit card. Everything worked as it should, got the email with the codes within minutes and the cashback tracked within a couple of hours as well.
Now it's a question of keeping fingers crossed...
The MÁV app is easily the best one I've used. I spent a whole week in Hungary back in August buying all my tickets with FIP discount via the app, the biggest problem was making sure there was a strong data signal when making a purchase though I generally found coverage in Hungary pretty good...
Yes you can. There are a huge list of discounts to choose from which will then give you the correct fare, including a reservation if needed.
If a pass such as Interrail or FIP is held it will also confirm where no additional payments are needed
If you download the MÁV app, it will tell you which trains are available for Budapest Pass Holders (you can set it up in the passengers and discounts menu)
I'm hoping that locos have nine lives like cats! Had a few good runs off this one when it was one of the three 14s outbased at Régua during the upgrade works between Caíde and Marco around four years ago.
It is genuine (unfortunately) loco was taken to Barreiro for assessment yesterday and has been replaced at Lisbon by 1424.
If you do Facebook, "The Official Portuguese Railway Appreciation Group" is worth joining.
AFAIK, Deltics can't work in multiple with anything so the 47 on the rear would have a separate driver in radio contact with the front driver. Even if the loco was only there for heating purposes it would still need to be manned for fire precautions, a loco on the rear can only be left...
What journey are you trying to book if you don't mind me asking?
For journeys within Poland, I think PKP IC is the only option, it can be done online and costs 1 zł (about 20p). For others, I use the ÖBB (Austria) app which charges €3 per reservation, though I find it a bit flaky at times when...
There is an engine out of a Portuguese "class 50", their class 18 in the UK; it's in one of the class 50 Alliance locos though I can't remember exactly which one

Er, no! Comparison of size between a NOHAB and a class 86

It's the official MÁV app called "Vonatinfó" (for Android, suspect the same applies for IPhone).
You can either choose a station off the menu (top left of screen), select a train off the list, touch the train icon in the bottom right and swipe left twice to get the full UIC loco number or just...
