Court summon for fare evasion!! Please I need assistance

Do you still have your ticket from London St Pancras to London Bridge? The paperwork doesn't mention Crayford. Southeastern may have screwed up here. They might also have been a day late in filing the papers.

    Double gold card?

If a passenger buys an annual season ticket from (say) Feniton to Exeter St Davids, can they have both a Network Gold Card and a D&C Gold Card, or must they choose one or the other?

London Paddington Elizabeth Line gateline ticket barriers.

Is it? I thought the coding was the first two letters of the 3-letter ticket abbreviation, which would be CD for an off-peak day return and OD for an off-peak day Travelcard. I only use paper day Travelcards with Two Together Railcard discount, which are unable to be issued to smartcards, so...

London Paddington Elizabeth Line gateline ticket barriers.

I have issues with off peak day Travelcards at some EL stations on code 107 (TOC ticket not valid at this time) which I have isolated to between 1600-1900, suggesting someone programmed them (incorrectly) to reject the ticket at those times.

Reasons for paper tickets being the only option, rather than e-tickets?

I believe it is GTR policy not to enforce this on the "local" leg of long distance advances.

    Caught Using My Son's Oyster

I told you to follow the instructions in a letter from the court. You should have waited for that letter which would have a reference number to ensure the payment was allocated properly. You now need to wait until it arrives. Stop ringing, stop emailing. The courts have hundreds of people to...

Provisional prosecution with Soutern eastern railway for fair evasion

I've just gone on the Southeastern app and entered S as a station. Nothing comes up. You have to enter 3 letters before a station does. I strongly suggest you do not include this as an excuse.

Provisional prosecution with Soutern eastern railway for fair evasion

I think it's a pretty safe bet that if someone bought a short fare from Stratford they were travelling on, and dealing with, Southeastern. Only SE staff would be on the gateline for the SE platforms at STP.

    Caught out in a lie

Cards are not blocked after a certain number of incomplete journeys. Only multiple failed revenue inspections will do this.

End of the line for Paris’ iconic metro ticket

Bought on the bus tickets are issued on thermal till receipt type paper on at least some of the IDFM contracted operators now. As they're not valid for transfer there is no need for them to be issued on cardboard stock.

    Caught Using My Son's Oyster

You need to make payment in accordance with the instructions given on the letter from the court. I do not have the letter, so I don't know what those instructions are.

Again, we cannot advise on immigration matters. If declaring to someone else, then yes, fare evasion is one way to say it.

The law (and the rules of this forum) says that we cannot give you immigration advice. You will have to speak to a solicitor or a licensed immigration advisor.

    Caught Using My Son's Oyster

Just as you were told, you'll get a letter in the post with instructions on how to pay the fine. Usually you'll be able to pay over the phone with a debit card, online, or in cash at a convenience store with "paypoint". Once you've paid the full amount, the case is closed. There won't be any...

    Crosscountry unexpected settlement demand

That is intentional. Your options are to pay, or to take your chances in court. They are not required to, and clearly do not wish to, discuss the matter.

A fine. Theoretically the maximum you could end up owing is around £1,657 but in practice it will be less than half that.

Yes, no point being any more than an hour early. Especially not if you're on at 10, the court building won't be open.

74 cases listed at Lavender Hill MC tomorrow, around half being TfL. Mixture of buses and trains. You have an all-female bench. Make sure you let court staff know early doors that you're present and waiting, they will try to get cases called-on early if they know you're there. I'd say if 15 out...

Yes, I can look it up. But I need to know which court it is. Lavender Hill by any chance?
