Progress of sorts.
It appears that half of the timetable (still shown on GA's site) was loaded overnight. NRE is still telling me I have to leave on Sunday evening to arrive on Monday lunctime, but at least I can leave for home at teatime on Monday rather than wait until Tuesday morning...
So you cover it up to "protect" them, it later leaks out and next time the passenger worries far more about what else you might be covering up. That'll really help.

The so-called 'definitive source of information' is showing no service at all - not even replacement buses.

A question for all the "don't need to know" merchants. If one of your family came out of hospital in a worse state than when they went in would you accept "something happened but you don't need to know what it was" or would you want details? And if the latter why do you think the railway is...
We also live in world where failing to make reasonable adjustments for disabled customers is illegal. Do people believe not training drivers to assist in those cases where no-one else is available is reasonable? I don't. The sooner we get a test case the better.

I picked up my tickets for my Xmas travel yesterday and there was a problem with the ticket printer as you can see from the attached scan. Naturally the ticket office was closed at the time.
Will I be OK with a copy of my booking...
I'm not too bothered about the format as long as the information is accurate. Unlike at Camden Road where, on more that one occasion, I've seen the displays showing trains apparently moving backwards or counting down to zero and simply disappearing.
Edit: Oh and on one occasion the first train...
