This isn't really a dispute, or at least it isn't yet...

I picked up my tickets for my Xmas travel yesterday and there was a problem with the ticket printer as you can see from the attached scan. Naturally the ticket office was closed at the time.

Will I be OK with a copy of my booking confirmation (the reference printed OK on the tickets) to confirm the half-printed line on the reservation to the conductor/RPI? Any other suggestions?

Well, if a fool like me can see it's 11.38 from Stratford to Ipswich on 22 Dec then I'm sure a clued up guard on a Norwich train can do the same!

There is no need for you to do anything other than board the train and present the ticket & reservation.

If you want to be absolutely sure you can print off a copy of your booking confirmation as well.

I am confident you would be fine with just the reservation coupon as printed, but carrying a copy of the booking confirmation would be a reasonable belt and braces approach.

You must let us know if the guard even bats an eyelid at the coupon. :)

To me had i been presented with that coupon i can see what i need so i would say you will be fine but if you want peace of mind print your confirmation but i very much doubt it will be required
