    I wouldn’t be surprised if some were claiming for every possible journey on a season ticket that was delayed, or at least a plausible daily ‘out’ and ‘return’ at varying times There’s even apps that track all this for you

    IMO, they should cover Twitter whenever they run trains, many companies do even just for customer service purposes, let alone assisting with incidents. I had hoped the new franchise would bring improvements here, but sadly not. Good to see 15 minute delay repay now though.
