I'm not sure whether you can load products onto other itso cards or not, but if you do need to get another itso card then 'the key' is free (no deposit like with oyster, not sure if that's a common thing elsewhere or not) and came pretty promptly when I got mine
Yes I'm after berths. I was slightly confused by what the lady said, it sounded like she was referring to only under 5s being free, but rstl definitely just says 'children'
Just tried calling and they said I needed to go to the ticket office for priv, maybe its changed? I also forgot to mention that my brother does not have priv (I am the only one who does), so the lady said the free child does not apply unfortunately :'(
Hi everybody, later in the year (covid permitting  ) I'm hoping to go on the Caledonian sleeper up to Fort William with my younger brother (14). I read in the rstl info pdf that children can travel free with an adult (I'll be using my priv). I'm assuming that it won't be an issue, but as I...
I can't speak for anywhere else but Chiltern were more than happy to accept my staff pass due to, shall we say, the slight technical difficulties my TOC is currently having...

It would be great to be able to buy priv tickets from a TVM. I don't know how they would do it, I wonder if you could have a bit on the TVM where you could login with a username/ password issued by rstl or something. Probably wouldn't work, but I think their going to have to look at something as...
I went on my first standing room only train yesterday in forever! (I say standing room only, there were still plenty of seats, but because of social distancing people were still having to stand) I joined at Swindon and went to Didcot, but the train manager said it had been full from Bridgwater...
My mum always used to drive to work (a much quicker journey than on the bus), however her work then stopped her parking there as she lived on a bus route. She wasn't best pleased to start with, but I think she actually quite enjoys it now, she has her 'me' time to and from work to chill out and...
Travelling on a local bus today I noticed a sign about the bus companies 'standard fare' which was £100 or £50 if paid within 7 days if you could not produce a ticket. Now that sounds like a pretty good deterrent to me:lol:
I have to say from personal experience I would say that there is a...
I personally would love a 'nominee' style system a bit like tfl, as I am still young, live with my parents and have no partner to speak of let alone kids! So it would be nice for my parents (or at least one of) to make use of the benefits. Probably unlikely to happen - but it does irritate me a...
