    Not sure if previously reported, but piling has taken place round Wigan Station Junction and concrete bases have appeared on the Up Hindley around the junction

    Yep basically there was a shift in diagrams in May. 319s were moved away from Piccadilly to be based more around Liverpool.

    Correct. Last time there was any sort of through working was the days of a Manchester Victoria - Wakefield Westgate. Nothing NT from Leeds via Huddersfield to Vic.
