    Really? We don't have a rest day agreement, we haven't had one since around June 2022 (might be even longer than that) so there's no overtime, and the ban has no effect on us at NT. The issues at the depot at Sheffield stem from a number leaving for other TOCs and FOCs.

    We are only allowed to change over at precise locations and at a stand in stations. Drivers should not be be doing it at unauthorised locations.

    If driver is on a booked job in te link and doesn't sign the traction then that's that. Unless there's slack, in on the day traincrew availability, i.e spare drivers that do sign the traction, then the easiest thing to do is swap the traction, unless you want a cancelled service...

    Which is why we treat them exactly the same. As someone who signs both traction, we are now constantly being monitored to ensure that we use the power correctly 1686560157 No. Still restricted to 75mph. A recent safety brief claimed we can do 80 when the differential speed is higher than 75...
