    Not that I sell tickets but I have never heard the staff at Bridlington ticket office explaining restriction on Advance/Off peak tickets yet on the other hand the TPE staff at scarborough explain any restriction no matter how small normally attaching a card to the ticketss as a back-up

    The seats are all being changed at york aswell, i nearly fell off the back when i sat on one they hadn't fastened down oh and benches seem to be disapeering thick and fast at doncaster.

    I didn't realy mean High Density one of the seat types looks a bit more HD than the other. :oops:

    Direct trains to London- does everywhere need them?

    HT used to operate 170's before they got there 222s not sure what they mean by not reaching intercity speed, they both comfortabley do 125mph.

    I seem to be on them daily and both types of seat (High Density and Big nd Comfy!) seem a lot better since there refurb, they give the whole carriage a cleaner look aswell.

    I think that daily return services from mid size branch line towns should be made avaliable, as afterall towns like retford because of it location gets a very good service to London and at all other times changes, could be better intergrated into the timetable with more uniform services.
