Will the 180's offer the same onboard services (i.e Wifi, Buffet, Trolley, 1st Class catering) as the HST's currently do, and will it be the same across both routes.

So Bradford - London all 180s Sunderland - London HST's and 180s Will the 180s and HST's have equal facilites?

I'm not blaming Northern for there stock, its not up to them. They do the best they can with it.

Not sure on exact dates but there doing an awful lot of engineering work (still) between york and leeds so you were probably on a diversion route.

I feel for people on the west coast, NXEC operate 9 carriage HST's and are alway virtually full with quite high frequency depatures for london. how you survive on virgin i don't know

Why is it that apart from the class 180's why do Northern end up with the dog ends of the DMU's?

Here comes on of my random ticket combinations. Would it be permissiable to purhcase an off-peak return from bridlington to london terminals and then also a single first class ticket from Howden to Doncaster (both calling points of the service) to travel in first class and get some breakfast.

Has any onespoke to HT yet about when they will enter service, and there first service?
