I passed the assessment centre in March, received an email a couple of weeks ago stating im an on hold candidate.

I applied for trainee train driver for northern in December, I've passed interview and assessments. I received an email saying I'd met the required standard and now I'm a on hold candidate. Without stating the obvious what does this mean? Anyone been in similar position? What's the expected...

Any idea how often they are having courses? I wonder if these 10 where already in the talent pool

No date yet, someone from HR emailed me saying I'd passed and should receive an email in the next few days.

Log in to the northern website and check on there, I know there has been an issue with contacting people

Hi Carl, my interview should have been Monday the 22nd of January but it was cancelled. They got back in touch with me a few days later and arranged it for the wednesday 24th.

What is the best train operating company to work for? Would it depend on the role? Northern seem to be recruiting a lot for various roles, what are they like to work for?

It's been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances but bear with them as they still want to see me and will be in touch in the next few weeks to rearrange. Just wanted to know if all interviews had been cancelled or just the Monday.
