That's often true for these consultations - they're worth a lot less to thsoe who know a thing or two about the subject and are generally for the clueless Average Joe Public who lives down the street (sorry to those called "Joe" or similar). I remember a consultation I attended four years ago...

Are there any recprocal ticketing arrangements on the contracted journeys, allowing X31 passengers to use the 232 (soon 231) in the evening where supported by Wiltshire CC? Obviously this wouldn't be a problem on Sundays, because the X31 doesn't exist.
