That is not correct, places in Hertfordshire such as Cheshunt and Waltham Cross also fall under EN which are not London.
In contrast, there are towns in Bexley which are considered London with a DA post code, but Dartford is certainly Kent
I don’t think living in a suburban slum near a city counts as being part of that city.
Places such as Hounslow, Enfield, Orpington and Sutton are nowhere near as fashionable or glamorous as Ealing, Stratford, or Camden. They don’t have great transport links or much connection to proper London...
This is deeply concerning news, although not surprising at the same time. Anyone who does not drink alcohol, drive a car or travel on holiday abroad probably does not vote either though, as typically this niche are not particularly worldly people and prefer to keep themselves to themselves

Changing at Dartford and sometimes Gravesend is annoying when the Crossrail service literally runs on the same line but stops 20 minutes short

Ticket machine always prints as Not via Ashford according to my friend. Admittedly the last time I bought such a ticket was pre-pandemic sometime in 2019 I think. I gave up on buying them online because of this issue, I wasn’t making the journey very often and from Deal we had the high speed...
That is nearly correct, the price is cheaper due to it being a longer and slower route. You are allowed to travel via Ashford with a ticket with a route of plus high speed.
Although if the ticket is routed Not via Ashford or via Herne Bay you can only travel via Faversham. With the former, this...
