    You beat me to it,we were taught a scenario of a derailed and on fire light engine with the rear cab demolished and foul of opposite running lines but I'm sure our three detonators were to be placed at one mile,that was in the seventies.

    I think that is hydrofluoric acid,really nasty stuff.So I am told if you get it on your hands it is impossible to remove or neutralise ,amputation being the only 'cure'.

    I was told years ago that Debden is a corruption of Deepdene,I try not to go there very often but seem to remember a 'Deepdene road' somewhere round one of the housing estates.
