Thanks, but I've been trying out a new 28mm lens recently and shot this with it, and with a wide angle like this there are things which don't seem straight, unfortunately in this shot there are many features that are all aligned different anyway, the houses to the left, the mountain, house on...

I've done the Surfliner a couple of times and the stock is comfortable with great views from the top deck, there's a stretch by Oceanside (I think) which is pretty much right next to the beach where you can catch views of surfers etc
Same thing happened to me at central during the Easter holiday, I was in a rush and annoyed that the entire Maesteg train had to use the unpaid fares counter so didn't check my change!
