Here is the run from Baglan - Chirk, which usually runs early until Bridgend, and members seems to run on a dedicated day!

56302 Washwood Hth - Boston steel empties is running as i type - approx 123 late.

NB: because of the Nottingham Blockade this service operates via Nuneaton, Leicester, Peterborough and the ECML to Grantham.

Grantham is probably about the best place at the moment. Not sure where exactly in Peterborough the train currently runs round, though reports suggest to be the station.

My earlier posting suggested it runs via Nuneaton... I was incorrect as it still runs via Tamworth before looping back over the Chellaston branch to gain the route to Loughborough and Melton Mowbray.

After the blockade is over the train should revert to its usual route to Nottingham and then via Allington Junction direct to Sleaford (from 26 August onwards).

Currently
Boston bound: reverses at Peterborough station
Washwood Heath bound: reverses in Eastfield Yard

All last week (except Monday), it ran outwards to Boston in the afternoon - and was booked to run round in Eastfield in that direction too. It ran last Monday morning, and was booked to run round in the station - there's no report in TRUST though, so it possibly went into Eastfield then too. Obviously it's well off its booked path today (and might end up even further behind before it gets to Peterborough...), so I suppose it could end up going either way.
