A friend of mine was just charged the full difference (£2.30 instead of £1.15, so not a massive financial loss) for a change of route excess from a NOT VIA LONDON ticket to +ANY PERMITTED at Clapham Junction. I'm pretty sure that's not correct, but is it a common occurrence these days?

This hasn't been mentioned already has it? I have had a look it and it is the full raw feed as provided to booking engines. Only the electronic routeing guide feed is now conspicuous by its absence! Well done ATOC! :D
