Not sure if this has been posted before but I found this document on the web, which is quite interesting as it both
  • uses the fares database "fare setter" codes for TOC names that are not normally public anywhere, e.g. SMR = Stagecoach Midland Rail = East Midlands Trains, RWB = Regional Railways Wales & Borders = Arriva Trains Wales
  • Shows for every station if ticket-on-demand is available at all, and whether it is available at the booking office in addition to the TVMs
Is it up-to-date/accurate?

It shows Romsey as TVM but it also has booking office , admittedly mornings only.

Any idea why some stations have a fullstop at the end?

Streatham is listed as having nothing, but there's a booking office and TVM there. South Bermondsey is also listed as having a TVM but there's only a PTT machine.

Same with Whitchurch Hants and Winchester.

But I assume it just lists the method avalible for TOD i.e. a station my have a booking office but will only issue TOD tickets from the TVM.

Because some stations in the fares database have a full stop at the end.

Put these stations into Avantix Traveller and you'll see the full stop appear there.
