Harwich International to Kings Lynn in the evening

But it used to be possible to use it to any Greater Anglia served station, not only on GA services. This change seems surprising and disappointing now the fen line only has one GA train each way that doesn't connect to the boat trains.

Designing a "Milton Keynes" for public transport - what would it look like?

Even small car free estates in the UK seem to have problems with car theft and vandalism in the car parks, so I doubt it would work. 1673986986 It's a good thing not to provide for the error of shopping in bulk so that you cannot eat fresh food all week unless it's been interfered with...

    Still not receive decision letter

Some photo IDed discount cards do only apply at purchase time. After that, the purchased service can be used by whoever you give the coupon to, as long as it isn't reported stolen. But I cannot think of a transport discount card like that.

Caught using 16-17 saver discount since 2021

Easy to confuse, aren't they? ;-)

Details taken - bike on peak train. Tfl. Updated: now recieved letter

I wonder if they could be interested in enforcing their copyright and getting some money out of tfl for this farce.

    Could Cambridge station be renamed?

The station is not in a college! The squares outside seem to be "hill" as Market Hill, Senate House Hill and Peas Hill, so Cambridge Newton Hill?

Southeastern Court summons for fare evasion

Did the inspector try to read your card at any time? If you'd just tapped out, you would have been charged max fare, which I believe is even less than £20. It seems sad that asking honest costs more.

At what point before an advance train does your ticket work at the station barriers?

I think an hour is soon. I suspect you have no mobility problems and haven't visited Ely since the ticket barriers were installed. And I believe the Costa opens later and closes earlier than some in the station but I've not checked every day.

At what point before an advance train does your ticket work at the station barriers?

An hour would be fine at most stations, but maybe two if there is a restaurant. Not sure if any remain in the UK. The current approach is impractical from a customer retention perspective. Ely where Locoespresso is open at times the others are not. I expect there are many others. How many...

Details taken - bike on peak train. Tfl. Updated: now recieved letter

I do not know if it is tfl policy but it sounds like at least one RPI does not want commuters to work in London on strike days. Or maybe dislikes bikes. Or both.

At what point before an advance train does your ticket work at the station barriers?

How were they changed from publicly-owned spaces to that?

    East Anglia Bus Scene

Most of East Anglia, including the most of Norfolk, would love those reduced frequencies instead of a 6.30pm last service. Even a get-home run in the hour or two after cinemas and theatres kick out would help.

Are TIL allowed to bluff to obtain a confession, like in the USA? Are BTP?

    Merseyrail Class 777 introduction updates

Factionalism and infighting, usually. Few regimes last forever, even in one party boroughs.

    Merseyrail Class 777 introduction updates

Rates have been gone for at least 30 years, so using that term may reduce your standing to complain about a dispute over modernisation!

At what point before an advance train does your ticket work at the station barriers?

Is that adding insult to injury for passengers on late running trains? Customers should stop being punished like this for buying Advances.

Cambridge - Ipswich via London on strike days

Do you need to cross the Liverpool St gate line to change between Cambridge and Norwich services?

    GTR's delay repay oopsies

No, but that hasn't stopped another operator apparently trawling their delay repay claims and making accusations when any anomaly is detected, such as not tapping in for a cancelled train (as well as many anomalies which probably do merit questioning). Take photos and keep notes if you're going...

Greater Anglia Bombardier Aventras (Class 720): Technical discussion and introduction

If there are not enough 745s, then some Norwich services will have to be 720s or multiple 755s. Don't keep nicking the best West Anglia stock.

£2 Price Cap on fares in England - Now extended beyond October 2023

I thought of doing a Norfolk orbital by using the coast buses to get between Cromer and King's Lynn, but it looks like lynx ( official name Coastal Red) aren't participating?
