    Oh dear...

    If you won the lotto?

I'd buy Inverkip power station, and then run a railway line beside the road running around it. Get a few trains (314, 322 maybe) and some buses and make income off that. Like an amusement park.

    What really happened to Steam?

can't you people tell that at this stage the majority of my posts are just a windup?

    What really happened to Steam?

Well as far as I can tell, it was superseded by deisel, and then electric.. not rocket science

    Class 91 in NXEC livery...

91111, and they look rubbish in that livery. Much better on HSTs.

What train do like the most for BVE?

I have a new favourite, although it's slowish and makes me late unless I brake hard, the 321 is good because of the clunk sound of the brake lever and stuff.

    What irritates you?

Or, how about we just blow up everyone in that part of the map and return to some sort of normality.

334s on the Cathcart lines, 314s on Inverclyde line; what's going on?!

Uhh... the fact that he say 314s are banned from Inverclyde routes when they're clearly not? I can produce reams of evidence too. Also the whole 'not being able to make it up the hill at Wemyss Bay' thing is nonsense, and again as I said, they are wee rockets when it comes to acceleration, I...

It's Rick Astley... and it's called being Rick Rolled.

    Faulty CCD?

I bought a Panasonic DMC-Fz20 bridge camera a week ago now and I have noticed that on some photos bright white areas come out pink - but this only happens on ISO 80 and ISO 100, and I have found that if I decrease the exposure value a little, I can get around it. If I use ISO 200 or ISO 400, the...

    Splitting and Joining EMUs

This is because 99% of the time customer services staff are nothing but a complete foboff who run you round in circles in the hope that you won't come back. BT are the worst for it. Almost never will they admit that there has been a f@ckup at their end, it's always a problem with your router...

334s on the Cathcart lines, 314s on Inverclyde line; what's going on?!

Your post makes absolutely no sense and I smell BS tbh. 314s are absolute rockets when it comes to acceleration; as for lack of reliability, if that were so, why would they be getting used on the Inverclyde lines at peak times, on the express services? Plenty run to Wemyss Bay and they make...

If you could have a different accent?

I can see what you mean but I don't think that is a very nice statement... it's not quite that black and white.

Me too; it's hard to see at the zoom level I was using but looking at the signal it just looks as if it's 'aimed' at the terminus platform, hence why I took the picture in the first place because I saw it and thought 'what the hell?'

If you could have a different accent?

It's because 'red necks' (and Americans in general) are given a really bad name and yet every single American I've spoken to has been nice as pie to me - even southerners.

    Impressive bits of line

On a serious note I loved the Glasgow to Inverness route. More impressive to me than the WHL especially with the remnants of old stations it almost felt like a wild west movie. Newton station in Lanark is also pretty impressive, on the Newton side you have the 314s, 318s and 334s running the...
