    Which UK bus operators, in your own opinion, have the most poorly presented fleet of vehicles?

    Yeah they done it with the B7s I think there was maybe about a quarter of them that actually got painted into another livery. Thats the problem when you sell to small operators they cant afford to paint vehicles so they turn them out as is

    571-574 were repainted twice by March 2019 carrying 3 liveries in the space of 18 months. Skylink > White > old Lothian Country

    New owner must have paid the extra for Lothian to give them a new paintjob, IIRC Lothian used to offer a full white repaint with any vehicle for an extra cost around 2017ish. The Marbill 04 plate tridents and Scanias that went south were a few examples of this

    I’ve always assumed it keeps the newer buses out longer meaning less wear and tear requiring more inspections on the older vehicles but that could be nonsense, something similar used to happen back pre covid when the 35 was using B7s, they’d all come off around 7/8pm and half the 15 plates...

    back in its pre covid days that used to be normal to find up to 3 a day on it. IIRC during covid deckers were its only allocation though i could be wrong

    380 on the 20 today, dont think the 20 has seen a decker since march 2020
