Had my Stage 2 at the start of October, DMI was towards the end of November. DMI was in Brum at their training centre just round the corner from Snow Hill Station with a couple of New Street managers. It's the MMI (along with the stage 2 tests) that happens in Watford at the OPC offices.

DMI was (and I hesitate to use this word) the easiest part of the process. Found it much more relaxed and informal than the MMI, would almost describe it more of a chat than an interview. Touched upon some similar areas as the MMI but also a bit about what I knew about the company, qualities of...

Had to wait a couple of months for a new invitation (think the original invite was for June, but eventually went in August), but they could be doing them more or less often I guess.

This happened with my Stage 1 - think I was asleep after a night shift and by the time I'd woken up and seen the email all the slots had been taken. I was worried I'd missed out but emailed recruitment and they said they'd send another invitation for the next assessment date, which they did...

I asked the question a week or two before Christmas and the response was that there were courses (at least provisionally) planned in for March, July, September and November and they were awaiting confirmation of various things. Hopefully if the March course is still go, things might start...
