Hi We’ve broken down just outside York (Peterborough to Edinburgh train). Apparently Thunderbird is coming to rescue us. Any ideas as to where it’s coming from and how long this is likely to take?

Personally if your schedule allows I’d go for the 2305 rather then 2335 to take away any concern of last train not running. The train itself will be fairly busy with a mixed crowd as mentioned; you’ll be extremely unlucky to encounter any problems on this one, hope the journey goes well
