The suggestion would be to do it by route so the orpington to charing cross has nothing to do with the ashford to st pancras or do it by depot performance.
so on southern gatwick express would get a good depot average and also ashford high speed depot on southeastern.
being a passenger is easier but i wouldn't want to sit on a wet seat even if i could get one fair play to the driver if someone is driving me to work i want to know he is comfortable and concentrating on what he is doing.
What do people think of how company's that use their flagship express trains to offset the reliability percentages for example southern with gatwick express and southeastern with their high speed link so people getting a below average performance cant get the compensation they deserve.

I find the 442 seats much more comfortable than 460s but have heard the drivers find the driving seats very uncomfortable but at least it keeps them awake.
I was told
the art was full 50 then as you are about to stop release back to 5 lb in the dry you could hit the platform at 40mph but then they did not have to stop on the screens and no black box to down load and they could not trickle in to dead end platforms like victoria or the passengers...
