    Which axle counters are these? They look similar to the wireless axle counters but not the same from what i have seen before

    They are not axle counters but are installed about 5-10 meters away from some...they are also covered in this black grease it looks like but the axle counter does not have any on it. This was on the crossrail line if it helps.
