    Eurostar wheelchair booking

Hi folks, Does anyone know how to book a wheelchair user, 1 carer and 4 others together on one booking? I can't seem to work out how as it seems to want 2 separate bookings. Is it possible to book all 6 places so we are seated together? TIA

Best trade union for an Apprentice engineer.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, or even if this is the right place to ask in the first place. Asking for a friend who is an apprentice plant/depot engineer employed by one of the larger TOC's. They have been told that they can't join a union until qualified which seems incorrect. Surely...

Great British Rail Sale - what bargains you got

I just put in my home station and was going to enter various destinations to see what was available. Not looking for any particular journey. One of the disadvantages of living in a rail backwater

    TFL/LUL planned closures map

Hi folks, I'm sure that on TFL's website there used to be a map available to give a visual of planned line/station closures. It had the usnaffected lines greyed out so the affected lines were easily seen. Now when I go to the Status updates pages I can't seem to find the maps for future...

    Group save Chiltern railway.

Thanks. I have been advised on another forum that it is probably due to there being no Chiltern line trains that day and that a ticket with a starting point of Watford High Street will work just as well as that is also a Zone 1-9 Travelcard.

    Group save Chiltern railway.

Thank you. I normally buy 4 off peak travelcards from the Chiltern website with a starting point of Chalfont & Latimer and get a group save discount (the cost is £11.20 each). I then collect from Aylesbury station and then drive to Chalfont & Latimer (as it has 6 trains per hour). I have just...

    Group save Chiltern railway.

As a family of four we usually get 4 x Adult Off Peak one day travelcards with a group save discount from Chalfont & Latimer to LONDON zones 1-9. I've just gone to book the tickets for Friday 27th December and can't seem to find them on both this sites ticket page and Chiltern Railways own...

    Is the diversion compulsory?

As far as I know, yes. That's what I thought but wanted to check. As I'm starting and finishing at Chalfont & Latimer I assume I'll be ok. I actually live in Aylesbury but find it easier and cheaper to park at Chalfont (6 trains an hour) when going to London. Unless on that day I can start...

    Is the diversion compulsory?

The engineering works are between Aylesbury and Amersham which means that here are no Chiltern trains that day. The Met line is ok as far as I know. The tickets are standard off peak travel cards (see image) which we normally use on Met line from Chalfont with no issue. The group save discount...

    Is the diversion compulsory?

Hi folks, I'm planning a family day out in December and we usually use off peak travelcards from Chalfont & Latimer to London. Is usually buy from a national rail ticket site in order to get a groupsave discount (TFL don't offer it). Due to engineering works, the ticket shows a diversion via...
