SWR - Trainee Driver - Recruitment Discussion

Is anyone able to shed some light on what questions are asked in the DMI for SWR? I have been informed that I have one coming up and I really want to prepare as much as possible, I have been through the process and have both passed and failed interviews, have come very very close, right up to MMI, with other TOM'S I want to get this right. I would greatly appreciate if anyone is able to share what quesitons they were asked during the DMI.

Yes finished DMI AND MMI with swr, and all exams, now I’m just waiting for the next stage which I’m not sure what it is, and when the training will start

Congratulations, man. Can you share some insight from your interview, what happened, what you had to do, and what questions they asked?

I got my MMI coming up soon for swr..I know that the questions are posted all over the forums. I got some strong examples for them!
My concern is are the questions same for swr? Same questions but differently worded?
how do they conduct this mmi particularly for swr?
Are there any common hypothetical questions asked during mmi?
How do they probe you?

They got back to me in one day, saying I passed I’m going to be completely honest my interview lasted around 1hr45min, it’s was 6 questions and he was grilling me to be completely honest for the question I remember a few for example

tell me a time you did a good job in a difficult situation

Tell me a time you couldn’t make a mistake

Tell me a time you was in a emergency situation

Tell me a time you did something similar to train driver role

If anyone knows how long it takes to start the course after passing the exams and DMI,MMI. Please let me know and also is there a medical and what do you have to do in the medical
