I'm no expert, but this sentence is about what I'd anticipated.
What I have found strange is that a person of his means and income was entitled to Legal Aid, something most of us would associate with assistance for those of limited means and unable to afford their own defence.
And while on the subject of Courts.
There is a hearing at Wick this morning on one of the Altnabreac cases. Will need to have a look for any news on that.
