The advert said 8 from what I rememberHas anyone finished assessments and passed yet? Also does anyone know how many positions they have?
Were you able to rearrange your assessment day?I’ve been invited to an assessment day in a hotel in Watford for the OPC, don’t think I can make it though unfortunately with no other options for dates.
Had the email this morning - just posting incase anyone else is awaiting assessments check your emails.
It varies but normally within 2 weeks and will be via email and if you've passed they'll most likely invite to stage 2 within the same email.Hi does anyone know how long it takes for the Stage 1 driver assessment results to be available?
And are they provided via email or phone call?
no, just got put back in the pool for the next lot of assessments when availableWere you able to rearrange your assessment day?

I have been invited for stage 2 and DMI on following day. Have you as well?Has anyone on here been invited for the dmi yet?
Have you passed the MMI? When you pass the computerized tests for stage 2 you then do the MMI straight after.I have been invited for stage 2 and DMI on following day. Have you as well?
I've got the dmi next week, I passed the assessment centre stuff earlier this year through another companyI have been invited for stage 2 and DMI on following day. Have you as well?
I've been invited to the DMI and have mine next week.Has anyone on here been invited for the dmi yet?
Following a ball around a track and pressing a button when it does something weird, and checking if a set of symbols are matching or not.Out of curiosity does anyone here know what the VSE test Consists of ?
More so about accuracy than speed I think, as well as consistency. Better to do 10 lines with 0 errors each time than 20 lines full of errors.hi, would anyone know how many lines we have to complete for group bourdon
I have the MMI to do next week, any tips for this along with the computerised test?Have you passed the MMI? When you pass the computerized tests for stage 2 you then do the MMI straight after.
The general structure of the MMI questions are plastered all over this forum, just make sure you have several good examples lined up for each question, as well as using the STAR technique. The computer tests you can’t really prepare for in my opinion.I have the MMI to do next week, any tips for this along with the computerised test?

Thanks mate, several examples for back up or is that they often ask if you have another example? The general structure of the MMI questions are plastered all over this forum, just make sure you have several good examples lined up for each question, as well as using the STAR technique. Was it the last question on MMI you failed on? sorry to hear that. Hope you get another chance soon.I agree!
I was actually in the stage 2 assessment when they informed us that someone was late and couldn’t be let in. I’m assuming that was you haha. It’s good to see that you had the chance to complete stage 2 and go on to DMI.
Unfortunately, I failed on the last question. Gutted, but will definitely apply for the next role.
Good luck to you!!
Yh literally the last question. If you check this forum they basically use the same questions/reword them. Have other examples backed up just in case. The assessors are very fair and try to give you the best chance to pass. Thanks mate, several examples for back up or is that they often ask if you have another example?

Hah, yeah that must have been me. The M25 was not kind that morning, was that on the 6th of October? And yeah for sure, I'm incredibly grateful to have been given the opportunity to complete stage 2 and move on. And thank you, hopefully you get another chance soon. I'm assuming we must have met at Stage 1 then? or maybe not, I think there was 2 waves originally for stage 1.I agree!

They will sometimes ask if you have another example if they feel your example isn't appropriate to the question. As toobusy said, the assessors aren't there to catch you out so they will guide you through follow up questions. Thanks mate, several examples for back up or is that they often ask if you have another example?

I did my DMI yesterday. I'd say it's a mixture of both, there are some behavioral questions (i.e similar to the MMI) where using the STAR technique will definitely help you in answering the question clearly, but it's also a lot more relaxed than the MMI and the two chaps who interviewed me were very relaxed and it felt more like an informal chat about the role as opposed to the interrogation an MMI is.Has anyone here done their DMI yet? What was it like? structured STAR format or more of a chat?
