BBC reporting about reduced timetable, though I don't think that's new info on this forum. I think they are doing the right thing, given the circumstances. Some things cant be known until you start testing, that's why they test do so much testing! Just shows how important it is to get the new bakerloo trains on the way to avoid the same thing happening on the brown line. Though hopefully most issues for bakerloo line will get spotted as part of picadilly roll out.
Sorry to go off topic a bit. I am trying to think of pragmatic lessons learned, and apart from just being angry peasants with pitch forks, I think the lesson is that delaying funding for new rolling stock is penny wise, pound silly.
