All the main line platforms at Stratford are bi-directional (5, 8, 9, 10, 10A, 11, 12)

All of Westbury’s 3 platforms are bi-directional. I believe both through platforms at Newbury are too. Platform 1 and 3 are at Swindon, unsure about platform 4. Platform 2 is a west-facing bay.

I believe all 4 platforms at Newport are bi-directional too.

I've never experienced it myself while travelling through there, but noticed recently on RealTime Trains several trains per day in both directions using the 'wrong' platforms. These are normal passenger services - not the booked TPE reversals in the early hours. Often, but not always, involving parallel arrivals/departures from the Victoria and Oxford
Road routes.

Also Stirling platforms 6 & 9, Bishopbriggs platforms 1 & 2.

These are all truly bi-di, meaning through platforms at which passenger trains can both arrive and depart in either direction.

You’ve also got platforms which are not through platforms but can be used to turn back in, so it depends if you want those included. On top of that you’ve got turn back platforms that are accessed by ground position signals so not accessible generally accessible for passenger services.

Welcome to the Forum, I'm afraid that the short answer to this is that there's not 1 single official list.

As has been mentioned, a the definition of a bi-directional platform is somewhat variable, as it could require being able to use it as a through platforms in both directions and not simply reverse in the platform. If using the more limited definition, most major stations will have at least one bi-directional platform, and any station on a bi-directionally signalled line will also have them. Additionally, any station with only a single line (i.e. not a passing loop) would be a bi-directional platform.

Strictly p2 - p6 and p8, since AFAIK p7 has never been used for passengers since slam-door stock was withdrawn. (For the benefit of others, it faces the same track as p6.)

Is p6 ever used for through trains now? It seems to be more or less permanently occupied by the Farnham shuttles which lay over for about 26 minutes of each half hour. It seems to have effectively become a north-facing bay.

The sectional appendix will show you which platforms are bidirectional, though they won’t have a list of them.
