It's a good point - but there weren't enough of the mini buffets (19) to cover all the ScotRail sets.

True, although at least being a proven design they could have built a few more out of TS's. If I recall correctly, it was a bespoke FGW design that was fitted out at Laira, so you'd hope Doncaster could have been able to copy it.

Probably find the original materials supplier had gone out of business or whatever! That seems to be the usual pattern.

I imagine no-one predicted that Wabtec would make such a mess of fitting a small partition, a fridge and a microwave.

Does anyone know what power cars are now working HA23 also if HA02 and HA08 are in service having recently returned from Wabtec Doncaster please.

HA08 is in service and has been for some time now - it's in traffic today.

HA02 is at Inverness pending entry into service.

Trailer set HA23 is presently with power cars 43015 and 43145.

Ha02 is still at cadder awaiting movement to Inverness was meant to happen Tuesday but the issues in the Inverness area meant it was kept at cadder to avoid too many sets in Perth
