Unfortunately at this time on a Saturday there is no option but to back track so we take the 16.51 Stagecoach South service 53 alighting at Cranleigh, Stockland Square at 17.00 on Saturday.

Unfortunately it is far too early for local buses at this ungodly hour on a Sunday morning so we continue on the 0345 National Express service 202 to Bristol (Bus Station), arriving there at 0550 on Sunday.

With no other routes close enough to walk to (the Brewery Tap / Stonehouse Bridge stops are 0.6 mile :( ) we walk 7 mins to the Stonehouse FerryTerminal on Admiral's Hard where we board the Cremyll Ferry at 1915. We alight at Cremyll (Mt Edgcumbe Ferry Landing) at 1922 on Sunday.

That appears to be it for the day with only the Cremyll-Stonehouse ferry operating in isolation until 2152. We return for the 06.45 Go Cornwall service 70B alighting at Torpoint Ferry at 07.55 on Monday.

There are no buses from Kingswear for the rest of the day.
Not wishing to directly retrace our steps, as there are three ferries across the Dart here, we board South Hams District Council's Dartmouth Lower Ferry (NOT on bustimes) (a pontoon strapped to a tug). With no published timetable, other than start and end times, but seeming to run every 15 minutes, we depart at 1930, alighting at Dartmouth Ferry Slip (adjacent to Baynard's Cove) at approx. 1940 on Monday evening.
