Yes, you’re reading it as a range of numbers (024-030) when it actually means two sets, more conventionally written as 024/030 or 024+030. It’s a confusing way of showing it, but the 015-016-017 is a clue in how it is written.

If you're going to be pedantic about it, then 024, 030 implies it shouldhave "and nnn" after it. So it should be "024 and 030".
