Is correct !

The song is "Being Green" on the album Hard Nose The Highway.

Your turn to invoke the wrath of Stadler and Waldorf
I thought of two possibilities, Kermit or Max Headroom, and I picked the right one. I had a listen to it and it just sounds so Van Morrison that you'd think he wrote it.

Next question:

What is the missing number?

16, ?, 14, 2, 4, 20

Is it 1?
(16 ounces = 1 pound,
14 pounds = 1 stone,
2 stone = 1 quarter,
4 quarters = 1 hundredweight,
20 hundredweight = 1 ton.)

A twip is short for 1 twentieth of an inch point. To do with type.

The only one I remember is 1 twip =1/1440 inches

Therefore there are 1440 in an inch and therefore 12 x 1440 = 17280 in a foot

I'll go, if I may.

Which English football team was the first to qualify for a European club football competition, by having won the previous season's League Cup?

I will say Roy Orbison, but I think that is wrong. I can see the person that I am thinking of in my mind, but the name ain’t there.
