Hilsea is unstaffed, there is still a ticket office but STAR has never been installed and the booking office is generally used as a store. The building is not open to passengers, but a new bridge (DDA approved) is currently under construction but local media reports suggest the bridge will have no lifts due to financial constraints.

Any more questions?!

That's great thanks, just one of the many places I had on my list to go and photograph (don't ask why - i like photoing buildings more than trains). When was STAR's installation time (I take it it was open until that point).

No more questions hereafter

STAR was rolled out during summer 2005 but the booking office may have closed some time before that.

Awesome, thanks. Dare I ask one more question - was there anywhere else where this was the case (on SWT's etc network)?

Thanks greatly

Let's have the next one. I turned up briefly in my lunch hour to get the Leytonstone one, and there's been a real flurry of activity since then, which I've missed.

EDIT: Oh, Lad Brookes has been in there.

OK I will drop one in.

Allowed the rule is it can be an interchange with an NR station which Keighley is.

Sorry invalid challenge 10 points deducted.
